Welcome! To ensure that your stay is pleasant and that the apartment remains in perfect condition for future guests, we ask you to observe the following rules:
1. General Rules
- The apartment may only be used by registered guests.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking/vaping or similar activities are not permitted in the apartment or in the conservatory. Please use the ashtray outside. (If this rule is not observed, an additional cleaning fee of €250.00 will be charged).
- Parties or loud celebrations are prohibited so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
2. Use of the apartment
- Please handle furniture and furnishings with care. The furniture must not be moved.
- Dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils used must be cleaned before departure and returned to their designated place.
- Please close windows and doors when leaving, especially in bad weather.
-Use water and electricity sparingly – think of the environment.
- Observe waste separation (residual waste, paper, plastic, glass, etc.). Before departure, the waste must be disposed of in the designated waste bins in the courtyard.
3. Safety & Damage
- Please report any damage or defects immediately so that we can remedy them as quickly as possible.
- Open flames (e.g., candles) are prohibited. Battery-operated LED candles can be used to create a romantic atmosphere.
- Do not leave valuables unattended—we accept no liability.
4. Departure
- The apartment must be left in a tidy (swept clean) condition. If the apartment is left in a very dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee of €50.00 will be charged.
- Please dispose of your rubbish in accordance with the guidelines.
- Return the keys to the key safe.
